HostButlers offer a short-term rental consultancy if you are considering purchasing a property for short-term rental or want to place your property on the short-term rental market.
The session will break down occupancy rates from your area, expected yield and a clear step-by-step process on how to get started.
Each session can be tailored to the clients needs. A standard consultancy meeting involves a 60-minute meeting in Dublin City Centre or via Skype and a report on your chosen area, such as Dublin 8, Dublin 2, etc.
You will receive:
- Report on your area of interest, such as Dublin 2. Rental reports will be broken down based on current active properties in the area.
- An inventory list that will guide you through what is required for your property.
- A pricing template for your area

Personalised On-Site Consultancy - Option 2
If you wish to have a member of our consultancy team visit your property and make personalised recommendations, we offer a service that will visit your property.
You will get:
- A member of our team will visit your Airbnb property, compile a report and deliver personalised recommendations.
- A pricing template for your area
- Report on your area of interest, such as Dublin 2. Rental reports will be broken down based on current active properties in the area.
- An inventory list that will guide you through what is required for your property.
- Detailed pre-guest arrival and cleaning checklists that will ensure your home is ready to deliver a great experience to each guest.
- Email templates that will help you reply to guests faster and easier.
